Porto City Council will hold, on 21 December 2021, at 10:00 am, a public auction for the sale of a municipal property which is identified below, and under the conditions set out:
Description: Urban building, located in Miragaia Street, nº 80 and Ancira Street, nº 7, composed of a building with a ground floor, overstore, 1st floor and 2nd floor, in the Parish Council of Cedofeita, Santo Ildefonso, Sé, Miragaia, S. Nicolau and Vitória.
Base value for bidding – 360.000,00 € (three hundred and sixty thousand euros).
General provisions: The interventions to be carried out in the municipal property to be sold must be made in accordance with the standards imposed by the Porto Municipal Master Plan and the urban study carried out for the site and other applicable legal and regulatory standards.
Method of payment: The payment of the adjudication value will be made in the following way: 10% in the immediate aftermath of the public act, and the remaining amount on the date of the execution of the deed.
Place: The public auction will take place at Edifício dos Paços do Concelho, on the 5th floor – Praça General Humberto Delgado, 4049-001 Porto.
General Sale Conditions: The procedures for the sale by public auction of the property identified above are subject to the provisions set out in Part F of the Regulatory Code of the Municipality of Porto in force.
