The Municipality of Pedrógão Grande will hold a public auction for the sale of the first lots of the Business Location Area (ALE).
With a date yet to be confirmed, there is already a guarantee that the public act will take place in the month of November, given the interest of several entrepreneurs in acquiring some of these lots.
The event will develop according to the following information:
Total lots: 31
Sale of the items divided into phases
Date of the first sales phase: November (date yet to be confirmed)
Conditions for purchasing the lots: Payment of the defined base value | Creation of at least two jobs
Area of the lots: from 569 to 6.916 m2
