Sintra Town Council is holding a public auction for the sale of 15 plots and lots of land in the municipality of Sintra, on 13 December, at 10am, at Valenças Palace.
The Bidding Documents can be consulted at the Patrimony Management Division at Rua Dr. Alfredo Costa, nº 33, in Sintra, on working days from 10h00 to 17h00, until the last day before the auction.
The proposals must be presented under the terms of number 7 of the General Conditions of the Procedure, by the competitors or their legal representatives, at the place indicated above, until 5pm of the last working day before the auction.
Clarifications on the parts must be requested by e-mail dgpa.juridico@cm-sintra.pt , or letter, in the first third of the deadline for submission of proposals, and the Commission must respond within 10 (ten) working days.
