Public Auction of the City of Gondomar – Exploration of equipments of the Urban Park

On May 20, 2022 at 10:00 am, the Municipality of Gondomar will organize a public auction concerning the rental and exploration of equipment integrated in the Urban Park of the city of Gondomar. The session will take place in the Salão Nobre da Câmara Municipal and will target the following items:

Equipment 1 – “Café do Lago”
Establishment of drinks, coffee, bar, ice cream shop
Base bid value for monthly rent: 300 euros

Equipment 2 – “Café Central”
Restaurant and similar establishments
Base bid value for monthly rent: 600 euros
