Porto City Council will hold, on the 21 Decenver 2021, at 11:30 am, a public auction for the sale of a municipal property which is identified below, and under the following conditions:
Description: Municipal plot of land, located in Travessa de Chaves de Oliveira, with a total area of 240 m2, in the Parish of Campanhã.
Base value for bidding – 112,000.00 € (one hundred and twelve thousand euros).
General provisions: The interventions to be carried out in the municipal property to be sold must be made in accordance with the standards imposed by the Porto Municipal Master Plan and urbanistic study carried out for the location and other applicable legal and regulatory standards.
Method of payment: The payment of the adjudication value will be made in the following way: 10% in the immediate sequence of the public act, and the remaining amount on the date of the signing of the deed.
Place: The public auction will take place at Edifício dos Paços do Concelho, at the 5th floor – Praça General Humberto Delgado, 4049-001 Porto.
General Sale Conditions: The procedures for the public auction sale of the above property are in accordance with Part F of the current Porto City Council Regulation Code.
