On August 9, at 10:30 am, the Municipality of Estremoz will hold a public auction for the lease of a bar at the Municipal Swimming Pools. The public act will take place in the Noble Hall of the City Hall Building and will have the following details:
Term of lease: 5 years (from the beginning of the term of the contract)
Base bidding value: 300,00 euros/month
Minimum bid: 50,00 euros
Date of site visit: August 1st from 2:30 pm until 5:00 pm
