Public auction for the sale of a plot of land in the parish of Brito – Municipality of Guimarães

The Municipality of Guimarães will hold, on 24 February 2022, in the auditorium of the Raul Brandão Municipal Library, located at Largo Cónego José Maria Gomes, in Guimarães, at 09:30 hours, a public auction for the sale of a plot of land.

The base value of the bid is 6,040.00 euros (six thousand and forty euros) to the price of the land plus the value of 250 euros referring to administrative costs of the process.

The minimum value of each bid is 200,00 Euros.

The auction will take place on 24 February 2022, at 14:30 hours.
