Estremoz City Hall will hold, on March 3, 2022, in the Main Hall of the Town Hall Building, at 10:30 am, the public auction for the lease of a bar/cafeteria located in the Central Bus Terminal, in Estremoz, owned by the Municipality of Estremoz.
The lease will have a duration of 5 years and includes a monthly financial consideration (monthly rent), to be delivered by the lessee to the Municipality of Estremoz, whose minimum value (bidding base value) is € 400.00 (four hundred euros) per month, being admitted only pitches of € 50.00 and multiples of € 50.00.
On February 14, 2022, between 14:30 hours and 17:00 hours, a visit to the place of the lease will take place, accompanied by an employee of the Municipality.
Due to the current pandemic situation of coronavirus disease (COVID-19), pre-registration is required to attend and/or participate in the public auction, which must be done by February 24, 2022.
