The City Council of Santa Maria da Feira will hold, on February 24, 2022, in the Main Hall of the City Hall Building, at 09:30 hours, an auction, a public auction for the sale of lot 13 and the surplus plot, bordering the same of the Industrial Area of Romariz.
The base value of the bid is 77,000.00 euros (seventy seven thousand euros) being assigned the value of 52,000.00 euros (fifty two thousand euros) to lot 13 and the value of 25,000.00 euros (twenty five thousand euros) to the remaining portion of land. The minimum value of each bid is 1000.00 euros (one thousand euros).
The auction takes place on February 24, 2022, at 09:30 hours.
